Data is only as valuable as the insights it delivers. At IRD Foundation, I was tasked with making complex datasets accessible to stakeholders who didn't have technical backgrounds. The solution was building interactive Power BI dashboards that turned raw numbers into visual stories.

Designing for Clarity

The key principle behind every dashboard I built was clarity. Each visualization had a clear purpose — whether it was tracking website traffic trends, monitoring SEO keyword rankings, or analyzing user behavior patterns.

  • Choose the right chart type for each metric
  • Guide the viewer's eye naturally through layout
  • Keep filters discoverable and intuitive

The interactive dashboards transformed how the team made decisions. Instead of waiting for weekly reports, stakeholders could explore data in real-time, filter by date ranges, and drill down into specific metrics. This improved decision-making speed across all departments.
